Hi! I'm Roberta, your local Shrewsbury, MA cookie lady! I've been baking since I was a teen, honing my skills while working at local bakeries as a cake decorator. After many years of varying artistic pursuits I found my way back to food as a form of creative expression and started making decorated sugar cookies in the Summer of 2019.

I make a variety of delicious gourmet cookies but I specialize in custom designed, artistically decorated royal-iced sugar cookies for holidays, events and occasions. 

 I bake all of my cookies from scratch using premium ingredients including: Organic Unbleached Wheat Flour,  Organic Eggs, Organic Grade AA Butter, Organic Madagascar Vanilla Beans and Organic Fruit. 

I prefer using premium brand products and organic ingredients in all of my cookie recipes - because it matters! My gourmet cookies taste as good as they look. They're not just for show! 

I work in small batches and decorate each of my cookies individually by hand using royal icing with edible details. It's a slow process and a labor of love. I'm a one-woman show and only make cookies part-time. (Please  contact me early for best availability if you'd like me to create custom cookies for you).

NEW for 2025

I'm now offering artificial dye-free coloring for custom cookie orders using natural food pigment powders by PRSM Sugar Co. I currently use Americolor food gels and will continue to offer both options until I fully transition to artificial dye-free coloring. Please note that coloring options are more limited and muted using natural colors.
