CUSTOM COOKIES Ordering Info:

My custom cookies are offered by the dozen (12 cookies) and are priced according to size, design (amount of detail) and number of colors used. Regular sized cookies are 3 -3 1/2 inches in size and start at $60 per dozen. I also offer mini / small sized 2-2 1/2 inch cookies (in limited designs). Small cookies are ordered in quantities of TWO dozen (24 cookies) and start at $72. All cookies are heat-sealed in individual cellophane bags for freshness and are boxed for in a brown bakery box or window presentation box. Gift bags, ribbon and tags may be added to each cookie for an additional charge.

All custom orders must be paid for at the time the order is placed. I do not offer refunds for cancelled orders (within 14 days of scheduled pickup) or orders that are not picked up at the agreed upon date / time.

Because each cookie is made and decorated by hand, cookies may vary slightly in style and color.

Frequently Asked Questions

How far in advance should I place my custom cookie order?

I recommend 8-12 weeks ahead for ordering custom decorated cookies. I'm able to accept a limited number of orders each month - so ordering early is the best way to secure your spot on my calendar.

When is payment due?

Payment is due upon ordering. Cookie orders are not considered booked until they are paid in full. I do not offer refunds for cancelled orders (within 14 days of scheduled pickup).

Do you deliver?

Local pickup is in Shrewsbury, MA. No shipping or delivery is available.

What flavor are your decorated cookies?

My signature flavor is Vanilla-Almond. I also offer Lemon iced, Mild Spiced Gingerbread and Ghirardelli Chocolate sugar cookies. One flavor per 2 dozen cookies ordered.

Do you offer gluten-free or sugar-free cookies?

Unfortunately, I do not at this time.

How long do your cookies stay fresh?

All cookies are baked fresh to order, decorated by hand and once dried they are heat-sealed in individual cellophane bags to maintain maximum freshness and flavor. When kept in their sealed bags at room temperature cookies will stay fresh for 2-3 weeks. DO NOT refrigerate decorated cookies.

Can I freeze my decorated cookies?

Yes! Cookies may be frozen up n to 2 months. To freeze cookies they should be carefully placed on their side in a Rubbermaid type container while still in their cellophane packaging. When removing from the freezer DO NOT open or move the container until the cookies are completely thawed as condensation may ruin the design of the cookies.

I bake all of my cookies from scratch using premium ingredients like King Arthur Organic unbleached wheat flour, Ghirardelli Premium Cocoa, Pure Vanilla, Organic eggs and Organic Grade AA butter. My gourmet cookies taste as good as they look! I prefer using premium and organic ingredients in all of my cookie recipes - because it matters!

Roberta's Cookies offers a variety of cookies but specializes in custom designed, artistically decorated royal-iced sugar cookies for holidays and events.

I work in small batches and I decorate each of my cookies individually by hand using royal icing. It's a slow process and a labor of love. I'm a one-woman show and only make cookies part-time. Please contact me early for best availability if you'd like me to create custom cookies for you.

My decorated cookies do not contain peanuts, tree nuts, soy or sesame as ingredients but they may contain trace amounts of these and other potential or known allergens due to being made on shared equipment.
